Dried malt extract is made from liquid malt extract through spray drying. It is one of food additive. It retains all the nutritional and organoleptic benefits of liquid malt extract.

Organoleptic specifications:
1) Appearance: Light yellow to tan powder, free from foreign matter
2) Odor: Pleasant and characteristically malty
3) Taste: Mild sweet taste with malt flavor, free from foreign flavors
