Main Features:

1. Rapid drying speed
The drying time is about 2.5-3.5 hours for one lot, it improves the production. For e. G. With the DF241 serious of 700 PCS package yarn for one lot, the daily production is above 4.8 ton.

2. High evaporating ability
Based on test of our dryers, the evaporating rate is above 110kg/hour, its higher than the 74.9kg/hour of radio frequency dryer, its much higher than the traditional hot air dryers.

3. Low energy consumption
It adapted the overseas advanced technology, its equipped with the hot air cycling and the superior heat insulation system. The main motor is controlled by the inverter, the heating is using the proportional auto control valve, that enables the lower consumption of heat and electricity. The steam consumption kept below 200kg/hour, (I. E. Below 0.9 ton steam/ 1 ton yarn). Electricity consumption is below 30Kw/hour, (I. E. Below175Kw/hour/ 1 ton yarn), its decreased the drying cost a lot.

4. Highly automatic
Its automatic controlled by computer, which has the 20 programs of A, B model, according to the different technique. It can control temperature, air volume, air pressure and hot air recycling automatically according to the program, it has the alarming and emergency stop system also. The dryer has manual control too, that enables the controllability and chose ability.

5. High filter effect
The machine adapted the overseas advanced filter device, the multiply filter function make the air clean rate achieve the requirement. It can avoid the dust and impurity adhesive on the package, so that to achieve the good drying effect, especially for the light color package yarns.
