The Uni Blanc to make Dynasty Brandy comes from vineyards in Tianjin. After pressing, fermentation, and double distillation, the spirits are stored for a number of years in oak barrels imported from Limoge, France. V.S.O.P. take five years or more, Napoleon 7 years plus, and X.O. more than 10 years.

Dynasty Brandy has a bright, crystal-clear, golden brown color. It has a unique fruity aroma, and the blending between spirits and the oak wood, the sweet fragrance arising from the contact between the various micro-organisms in the barrel and the alcohol in the spirits give Dynasty Brandy its distinctive features: elegance, perfect balance, a smooth and well-rounded body, and a very pleasant lingering after-taste on the palate. Indeed it possesses almost all the distinctive features of a good Cognac.
