Working description of Duratight graphite rotors:

The rotary rotor breaks the insufflated nitrogen (or argon) in the aluminium fusant into numbers of dispersing bubbles, which are spread in the metal liquid. As a result of gas partial pressure difference and surface absorption, the bubble absorbs the hydrogen and oxide and removes the gases out of the fusant as it rises, so as to purify the fusant. The bubble is small and dispersing, mixes well and twistly and slowly rises with the rotary fusant, keeps a long touch time with the fusant, so the airflow will not arise and the purifying performance can be notably improved.

Product characteristics:

1. Circumvolve smelt dehumidification machine include removable and fixed ones and so on, which are suitable for various operating conditions.

2. The rate of gas degassing is over 50%, which could shorten the smelting time, reduce the production cost.

3. Be good for the aluminium liquids purity treatment of degasser unit, pouring ladle and static box.

4. After antioxidation upper treatment, service life is 5 times than normal product(about 2 to 6 months), the product is widely used in aluminium alloy casting industry.
