Piezoelectric transducer uses the piezoelectric effect to realize transduction between electricity and sound energy. It is made of radiation head, electrode, cap, prestressed bolt, piezoelectric chip and insulating tube. Piezoelectric transducer is widely used in ultrasonic washing machine and high-power industry washing devices.

HIGH APLITUDE: The strength of transducer is improved by fixing the high speed vibrator directly on the base of washing groove with bolt. Compared with magnetic expansion vibrator, its amplitude can be improved above50%.

Good heat resistance: With large range of working temperature, low resonance impedance and heat productivity.
