Product Description

We offer acceleration chain conveyor, it uses the flexible acceleration chain as conveying medium and tooling plate as carrier so as to enable component to run with 2 or 3 times chain conveying speed. It is frequently used in electric appliance, motorcycle motor, automobile parts, electric tools and the like for assembly and test. Many different assembling and testing equipment such as the pneumatic stopper, pedal switch, lifting and revolving, lifting and moving device, they can be set up at work place. In addition, different tooling fixtures can be also deployed on the tooling plate according to the products process so as to fulfil automatic manufacturing for products function. The conveying style, it can be divided into single row chains, double row chains and three row chains as well as combined at random.
