Product Description

Gloria-Steel supplies as specialist of A537CL2, produce according to SA537CL2, heat-treated carbonmanganese-silicon steel plates intended for fusion welded pressure vessels and structures.

Specifications following:
1. Thickness*width*length: 8-220mm*1500-3900mm*3000-18000mm
2. Adopting standards: A 537/A 537M - 95 (Reapproved 2000)
3. General Requirements for Pressure Vessels: ASME SA20/20M
4. Supplied in the as-rolled condition: Normalized or Quenching + tempered
5. Chemical composition: CL2: C≤0.24, P≤0.035, S≤0.035, Mn=0.70- 1.35, Si=0.15-0.50
6. Mechanical property: Yield strength≥415MPa, Tensile strength≥ 550-690MPa, Elongation in 2 in. [50mm], min, %≥22%
7. Ultrasonic test: ASTM435/A435M-90 or S12(ASTM A578M-96)
8. Delivery time: 30-60 days
9. Payment term: T/T or L/C
