Product Description

Two, three or more metals or alloys composite by roll-bonding and thermal treatment process makes layers or different metals bond at atmic level, which is called clad metal. It combines advantages of a number of materials into one metal strips to provides improved characteristics over a single metal. It is a great new material that has a number of unique features not shared by either alloys or pure metals, which can meet special requirements of many industry fields.

Huihua's roll-bonding process and unique annealing process ensure the perfect bonding on surface, little resifue stress and googd quality conformity throughout the coil. Years of experience on manufacturing of metal strips makes our clad metal strips good performance: It's high purity, fine surface without burrs, bubbles or oxidations.

Application:
Ni/Al clad strips for rechargable batteries(secondary battery)
It's overlay cladding, face metal is Aluminum while base metal is Nickel, which is used as Li-ion secondary battery terminal(also called welding terminal, tab wire, terminal strip or connecting tab, connecting flake or connecting tag). This bimetal strips ensure high weldability, corrosion resistance and excellent conductivity, which is superior to single nickel strips or aluminum strips. The ratio between nickel and aluminum is 2: 1, 1: 1 or adjusted according to customer demand.

Ni/Al clad strips for computers and portable devices
Clad metal use in the manufacturer of computers and portable devices for it's excellent conductivity, hith weldability and corrosion resistance, which is superior to nickel strips or aluminum strips.

Ni/Al or Ni/Fe/Al clad strips for botton batteris
It is used in botton batteries as shell material or connecting tabs for it's conductivity, weldability and corrosion resistance. Ni/Al/Fe clad strips also provides perfect strength which can stand all kinds of followstream process like stamping into all shapes of plates.

Ni/Fe/Ni clad strips for rechargable batteries
Base material is stainless steel and face metal of both sides is nickel consists of a new Tri-metal, it's similiary conductivity to pure nickel strips yet the cost obviously deduced. Unique roll- bonding process makes it's bonding strength between layers much better than conventional nickel plating strips.

Other Bi-metal, Tri-metal or multi-layer clad strips according to customer's desire. We also provide finished connecting tabs for lithium battery and soft packed battery.
