The YGC/ YGD series tie rod design hydraulic cylinders are produced refer to the products of Parker Co., ltd and Rexroth Company. Tie rod construction makes therefore simple assembly and dis-assembly for servicing and the maximum pressure can be 7 MPa, 14MPa or 21MPa. The seal system of the cylinder are from Parker or Merkel from Germany. By rotating the cylinder cap and/or the cylinder head, the position of the ports can be changed for most types of cylinder mounting. The throttle and non return valves change their positions accordingly.
The positional transducer can be a mounting option(rod diameter¡Ý36mm) as a integrated positioning measuring system. The transducer which is pressure tight to up to 350 bar operates without mechanical contact and absolute system. The basis for this positional transducer is the magneto-strictive effect. Thus a torsion impulse is released through the contact of two magnetic fields. This impulse runs on the wave guide inside the transducer from the measuring point to the sensor head. The running time is constant and nearly temperature-independent. It is proportional to the position of the solenoid and thus a measure for the actual positional valve and is converted into a direct analogue or digital output in the sensor.
These cylinders are mainly used in the fields of steel sets, wood machines, plastic injection moulding machine, or mounted on the sea or board.
