Product Description

Floor mat is also called floor filter, spray paint booth filter, paint stop, paint arrestor. It's made of fluffy glass fibers, and with the structure of step density in its thickness direction, this structure may make it hold the dust particle efficiently. The mat also has the advantage of good compressed and shape stability.

Specifications:
*appearance: Bulky mass with green and white (or both white) surface. Special colors may also be supplied on customers demand.
*thickness: ≤ 100mm, the standards are 30mm, 50mm, 100mm(special sizes are available on request).
*width: ≤ 2100mm, the standard is 1000mm.

Characteristics:
High air penetration, good flexibility, low pressure drop, high dust holding capacity and long life. During the life time it doesn't need to be replaced frequently. The application temperature may as high as 170 c. Deg. The air enters and outer surfaces can be distinguished easily by the difference colors. It can be cut to suitable size to meet the demands of the customers or be supplied in rolls size. It can be compressed inside the package and returns to the original size when the package is opened.

Application:
Widely used for course filtration of air and oil, for example the automobile painting room, electronics workshop, chemical plant environment and various air-conditioning system.
