The weight (300~650 grams) and width (within 2.3 meters) can be customized!
We can finish them with singeing, calendering, heat setting, Teflon coating and membrane.
Polyester needle felt adopt nonwoven workmanship, with the property of stable physical dimension, easy cake release, good air permeability, widely used for industrial dust collection, prevent air pollution project.
After water-oil repelled treatment, can be use in the circumstance of moisture and oil mist for a long time.
We also can make a finish treatment with PTFE membrane (on the surface of the needle felt), which with the property of smooth surface, water repelled, easy cake release, high filter efficiency, save energy, long life.
