Product Description

Usage:
FS-660PC-A/B III   Double (multiple) Plastic Sheet Material Extruder is developed on the base of single-layer plastic sheet extruder.
It adopts home and abroad advanced technology , and designed by ourselves.
It is mainly applied to the production of PP, PE, PS etc double-layer, multi-layer plastic compound sheet;Widely applied to manufacture stationery board, beverage cups, jelly cups, noodle bowl, fast-food case etc thermoform package containers.

Character Of Construction:
1.The screw of extruder adopts big-sized diameter with plastic-chemistry effect also has such traits of harmonious flowing thickness uniformity.2.The equipment adopts the advanced fast-speed motor mesh change device, easily operate, prominent performance, enhancing the efficiency of production.
3.High-precision adapter with inner resistance mold head which surely guarantees the speed of flowing on liquid section of mould output.
4.The press roller adjusted by worm wheel, easy operation, high precision.
5.Super-lens press roller with harmonious temperature on the surface to make plastic sheet produced clear, the thickness of material produced in uniformity.
6.Choice different plastics for the purpose of manufacture of multi-color composite plastic sheet in terms of the various usage of the finished products processed this equipment.
