This is one of famous yellow tea from Yellow-moutain of Anhui province, east of China. Yellow tea is lightly-oxidized tea, whose oxidized depth is between green tea and black tea. Its soup of tea is light-yellow. The other famous yellow tea is Mengding yellow tips, Jun Shan sliver needle.
