Actually, Anji white tea is NOT white tea instead of green tea. For special geographic position in Anji city, where there are many mountains and temperature are not high, we just call tea leaves picked up below 25 centigrade as Anji white tea. Above 25 centi-grade, it is also green tea. Most of people, including Chinese think this tea is white tea, actually, it is green tea. I have confirmed it from one tea expert of Zhejiang University, one famous university in China. Anji white tea is famous for abundant Amino Acid, which can prevent co senescence. Its soup is very nice, greenish but clear and tastes a little sweet.
