1. Project Pre-assessment
In the project preparation stage, will contact and communicate with the clients directly. Upon receiving the client's building plans and structural diagrams, depending on the specific requirements of the project, we will provide a technical feasibility study and a commercial evaluation for the client, free of charge. By doing this, we will assist the
Client to determine the optimal technical and cost-effective implementation option.
2. Construction Plan and Product Design
After the signing of a letter of intent, and upon receiving the 10% pre-payment from the client, our design engineers Will draft the formwork layout, installation diagrams and detailed list of materials. We will also provide detailed Installation guide and other technical documents. Based on these documents, our sales representatives will finalize a Complete contract with the client.
3. Complete Test Assembly
After the full set of Alumi-Form system is designed and manufactured, the system will be completely assembled in Our factory for final testing. The client will be invited for on-site inspection. Should any issues arise, they will be Corrected at the first opportunity. Before packaging and shipping, the entire system will be divided into component Parts, grouped and labeled. All the components information will be recorded in a detailed packaging/shipping list, in Order they can be verified and assembled quickly and accurately at the construction site.
4. Technical Support
After Alumi-Form system has been shipped to construction site, one of our technician will be provided on Site, free of charge. This technician will direct the installation work, and liaison with the client to solve any unexpected Issues on the construction site.
