Based on the requirement of customers, the company may provide forsterite product of various grain sizes (0-20mm, 20-300meshes):

The product of forsterite can be used in stopping of the steel outlet of electric furnace steel making with high casting ratio, also used in steel ladle, middle ladle of continuous casting, iron tap channel of blast furnace and torpedo cart etc, which may improve the security and life of relative parts and reduce the consumption of fireproofing.

The forsterite sand product by the company particularly suits to high manganese-steel and alloy-steel casting industry, the casting surface is bright and clean, with clear outlines, accurate dimension, without sticking and holding sand, no free SiO2, and anthracosilicosis is effectively prevented. Forsterite sand is the good molding material common used in developed industrial countries for producing steel-castings.

Xixia forsterite has very high loading softening property, and strong capacity of anti-molten ferric oxide effect. It may be used for baking silica-magnesia bricks, processing bed of heating furnace and product of various industrial heat-reserving room grids, with fine performance, and can be widely used in the unshaped fireproofing of pouring material and injecting material, etc.
