Product Description

Purpose of production line:

This production line is mainly used in pipes taking PP-R resin as raw material, meanwhile, it is suitable for pipe production taking PP, PPB, PPC, PE resin as raw materials.

Characteristics:
Man-machine interface operation, high automation;
Adopting special screw stem and have good plasticization effect;
Adopting complex screw machine head, effectively get rid of remembering function of material;
Vacuum shaping, constant temperature control, getting rid of stress of pipe material;
Adopting common extruding machine head, adding pipe material marking line.

Large extrusion quantity, low temperature of solution, even temperature solution
