Product Description

The company owns complete set of production line starting from fiber drawing, yarn twisting and plying, texturizing, weaving, surface finishing of fabrics, till filter bag making. The major products are C and E glass filtration fabrics, compound glass filtration fabrics, film covered glass filtration bags, needle punched fiberglass felts, etc. In addition, the company also supplies high performance fiberglass texturized glass yarns, fiberglass sewing threads, base fabrics for needle punched felts, base fabrics for film covering, and bag filter cages, etc. All these products are widely used in cement plants, carbon black plants, metallurgical and chemical industries. The company is the pioneer of importing world class fiberglass texturizing machines from Germany, and reinforcing type of sizing technology from USA, and has also upgraded its a series of equipment, which has laid solid foundation for R&D of new products. In recent years, the company has developed quite a few high performance fiberglass filtration materials, such as water and oil highly repellent texturized fiberglass filtration material, high performance combination filtration materials of fiberglass and PTFE, etc. These new products have been used in carbon black production, incinerators, and power plants and gained good reputation among customers. The texturized fiberglass filtration material made by the company has been approved by China Environment Protection Industry Association as the practical technical product for environment protection and highly recommended to the customers.
