[DRUG NAME]Generic Name: Ethylenedinamine Diaceturate for Injection

[INDICATIONS] Prevention and treatment of bleeding caused by a variety of reasons including operative staxis, surgical bleeding, hemorrhage from respiratory tract, bleeding in five sense organs, gynecological bleeding, piles bleeding, urethrorrhagia, bleeding from cancer, alimentary tract hemorrhage, hematencephalon.

[INGREDIENTS] The main component is ethylenedinamine diaceturate.

[DESCRIPTION] White freeze drying piece or powder.

[PHARMACOLOGY & TOXICOLOGY]
1. Pharmacology:
(1)  Inhibit activator of plasminogen so that plasminogen is not activated to become fibrinolysin, then inhibit dissolve of hemaleucin to stop bleeding;
(2)Promote platelet release of active compound, increase thrombocytic assemble and adhesivenesss to reduce clotting time stop bleeding.
(3)Reinforce blood capillary resistance, lower blood capillary's permeability to reduce bleeding.
2. Toxicology
It is reported in the documents that LD50 of this medicine for Mus musculus albus is 683.3mg/kg, which indicates low toxicity.

[DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION] It should not be used for intramuscular injection because no muscular stimulation tests have been done in animals.
1. Intravenous injection: 400mg 1-2 times a day after dilution with 20ml 5% glucose liquid or 0.9% sodium chloride.
2. Intravenous drop infusion: Usual dosage of 600mg (or as directed by the physician) with daily DL of 1200mg after 250-500mg 5% glucose liquid or 0.9% sodium chloride.
For emergency, the first big dosage of both intravenous and intravenous injection can be used simultaneously.

[ADVERSE REACTIONS] dizziness, decreased heart rate, debilitation, numbness of the skin, having a temperature, dry mouth, vomiting, nauseatesness. Most of these reactions will be gone or after stopping using.

[CONTRAINDICATIONS] Hypersensitivity to fibrauretine.

[SPECIFICATION] 0.2g or 0.4g per vial.
