Product Description

1. Fluororesin-46 has excellent Heat resistance, low friction, inadhesion, lubricity, resistance to chemical attack, thermostability and electrical insulation. Plus the fact that it can be processed under melted state, this product has a wide range of application and is easy to be handled.

2. Based on its electrical character, incombustibility and resistance to high and low temperature, it can be used for industrial power cable, electronic equipment wiring, aviation cable and flat cable.

3. Based on its resistance to high and low temperature, corrosion resistance and anti- adhesion, it can be used for tubing stuff, heat exchanger, automobile cord vessel, valve and pump (parts, washer and liner), chemical implements and semiconductor implements.

4. Based on its heat resistance, inadhesion, electrical character and incombustibility, it can be used for roller covering film, collapsible tube and insulation material for electric appliance.

5. Based on its corrosion resistance, weatherability and blow molding capacity, it can be used for corrosion prevention spray painting, fibre and fabric for filter, demister and implement parts with thin and tiny wall.

6. Employing its melting property, it can be used for welding rod material, solid adhesive agent to cement, weld and mend PTFE and other inadhesive materials.

7. Employing its wearability and heat resistance, it can be used for paste stuff flattener, spray painting for abrasion resistance and anti- scorch spray painting.
