Waste PET/PE Bottles( flakes) /LDPE Films Washing line equipment unit includes capacity of 300kg/hr, 500-600kg/hr, 1000-1500kg/hr.

The whole line has a crusher, float rinser,friction washing machine, electrical-heated washer in hot water, rinser in clean water, de-hydrater, electrical pipe-type dyrer in hot air, PET flakes storage silo.

If the customers need PET Flakes granulation mahines to be added, your requirements can be met as well.

Also waste water recycler treatment to get neutral water for re-use, your aim can be achieved. That's, the neutral water can be re-used to wash the PET flakes again, so energy is saved and running cost goes less.

It's environment friendly, energy-saving, fast return-benefit.
