Property: Clay-yellow solid fused or flakes. It is corrosive and deliquescent. Its chemical character is unstable unless in water solution. Its water solution shows alkalinity, and will be changed to black liquid at about 350C. It is also soluble in alcohol.

Uses: As agent in dyestuff; Intermediate in organic products; And also used in tanning, fertilizer and farm chemicals.
