Product Description

Triblocks rinsing-filling-capping machine is made to fill mineral water and drinking water, all material and parts provides high sanitary level during the filling process, the machine is easy for maintenance service and cleaning operations, Supervision and control process will be through the touch screen panel, which offers safety operating, as well as optimize the equipment. The equipment provided by Genesis packaging machinery Co. Ltd. is corresponded to the sanitary standard of EC.

The empty bottle will be rinsed by treated water in a bottom-up way, then the rinsed bottle will be transported to the filling station by neck-handling star-gear for normal pressure filling, the capping process will be done on the capping unit, which is operated with PICK and PLACE system for setting the caps from the caps tunnel, with high quality plastic caps screwing system.

Changeover for another bottle volume takes a minimum time; The process can be controlled from the operating panel and the neck-handling point to fit the different bottle volume format.
