Product Description

Appearance: White powder.
Al2O3 %: 64 min.
SiO2 %: 0.004 max.
Fe2O3 %: 0.03 max.
Na2O %: 0.5 max.
Whiteness %: 90 min.
pH: 10± 1.5

Introduction:
Aluminium Hydroxide is dehydrated at the temperature above 200° C, 80 percent of crystal water will dehydrate at around 300 ° C, the dehydration process helps to resist flame. The white smoke of steamer can dilute the dark smoke from the flame of polymer, which can reduce the smoke and poisonous gas. Surface actived treatment aluminum hydroxide is availabled to improve the associativity and workability with resin, acting as both flame retardant and filler. When used in plastic, rubber and other ACMs can not only eliminate the flame and smoke, also help to resist electric leakage and electric arc and erosion.
Aluminium Hydroxide can be surface actived treatment by Silane, Titanate or stearic acid or other appointed coupling agents.
