Product Description

1. The thickness of our door stile and jamb is 50mm or 60mm with the width at 120mm or 150mm on the stile. Or upon request we can custom made the door stile and jamb. Our doors are manufactured in 12 and 13 gauge steel framing. Our metal jamb are manufactured including the threshold. With this we will make easy the delivery and the installation.

2. All the doors will be injected the polyurethane foam for insulation that is pumped into the tube. with this you will avoid excessive sounds and increase energy efficiency.

3. The Q-Lon weather stripping is used around the door frame, glass window frame and Astragal, making the door weather tight.

4. The doors will be double bored with 54mm(2.125 inches) bore, 140mm(5.5 inches) center to center, and 70mm(2.75 inches) backset. Door jambs and semi -stationary door edges need to be bored to accommodate the keeper in for the lockset and deadbolt. In our double doors we use flush bolts. This is a mechanism that locks the inactive door.

5. All doors are manufactured with 18mm interior double-pane tempered insulated glass panels that open independently from the doors. . With this we make it easy to clean the windows.

6. All mounting flanges will be recessed 13mm(0.5 inch) from the edge of the inside frame to allow for sheetrock.

7. We manufacture single or double doors, with sidelights or without them and with any arch shapes: full arch, flat arch, soft arch, square top, gates, patio doors or wine cellar entries, rails ,stairs, and grills.

8. Our doors will be installed 3 heavy duty ball bearing hinges per side.

9. All the doors will be sandblasting + spray hot zinc for rustproof, then spray four levels of paint and each level of the paint will be baked for 2 hours , and then hand paint finish.

10. We can do any colors as per customer's sample color.

11. Packing: All the pre-hung doors be packed with bubble sheets and then into carton box if the door without glass. Or each pre-hung door will be packed with bubble sheets, then carton paper, and then fixed with veneer board, finally into wooden crate.
