High Voltage Static Spraying Machines (HVSSM) is a high-tech product adopted advanced electrostatic spraying technology. It is use for spraying antirust oil on cold-rolled steel surface, and the oil mist on cold-rolled steel would be thin and well-proportioned. It's widely used in cold rolling mill production line.

Main advantages of HVSSM are high in efficiency, economic and pollution minimized. The HVSSM combines machinery, hydraulic pressure, high voltage static electric filed generating, digital control system.

The HVSSM consists of an oil spraying room, a high voltage static generating system, an oil transfer system, an oil spraying system, a power supply system and a control system.

Operating principle:
The power system supply 100KV DC to the oil spraying electrode, and the static is produced between the electrode and cold-rolled steel. After many times of atomization processes, the positively charged oil mist move to the negatively charged cold-rolled steel, then the oil mist adsorbed on the cold-rolled steel.

Main functions and configure:
1. Shell material: Stainless steel
2. Structure of oil mist room: Adopt auto ON/OFF valve. Oil spraying in an airproof room in order to prevent oil mist overflow.
3. Controller Center: The system control work is finished by TB109 controller. The controller is able to display the running speed of the cold-rolled steel, oil temperature, oil level and more. Operating faults also can be displayed on the LCD.
4. Oil mass control: The controller detects the running speed of cold-rolled steel, and the oil mass is synchronized auto-controlled through digital-control mode.
5. Security guarantee: Operating based on operator password with different level.
