Product Description

DMK-R8 (8 cavities, one in each mould), 9600 Bottles/Hr, is the most stable fully automatic pet stretch blow molding machine. The capacity of the products is from 0.25L to 1.5L. It can blow pet bottles for different use: Carbonated, mineral water, milk, beer, oil, hot filling tea, and other drink packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET
DMK-R8 has adopted original heating and blowing technics, by which the automatic blowing machine series have achieved in powerful productivity but very reasonable price.

1. Rotary blowing method with high efficiency and output speed to reach 99.5% productivity.
2. Electric control system with quick action and high accuracy.
3. German imported air-valve, cylinder is applied to keep stable operation and stretch
4. Quick mould exchanging system makes mould changing easily.
5. Professionally designed robot sends preform and takes bottle out automatically and accurately.
6. Infrared ray lamps has long-lasting usage.
7. SEW brand motor and frequency-transfer ensures stable work.
8. Automatic feedback compensation is applied in heating system for bearing of heat and keeping heating steady.
9. Stable mould heating system results in high-quality products without deformation.
