Product Description

SHP Graphite electrodes and associated nipples are made from 40-50% needle coke and other 50-60% good petroleum coke that are imported from Japan, taking the coal-tar pitch as the binding substance, through state-of-art processes of crushing, milling, screening, batching, mixing, extrusion, bake(3 times), pressurized pitch impregnation(2 times), re-bake, graphitizing and machining and finally become a superior conducting material with high temperature resistance and anti-oxidation properties.
