Product Description

HP Graphite electrodes and associated nipples are made from 20% needle coke and other 80% good petroleum coke that are imported from Japan, taking the coal-tar pitch as the binding substance, through state-of-art processes of crushing, milling, screening, batching, mixing, extrusion, bake(2 times), pressurized pitch impregnation(1 times), re-bake, graphitizing and machining and finally become a superior conducting material with high temperature resistance and anti-oxidation properties.
