Product Description

UHP Graphite electrodes and associated nipples are made from 100% needle coke that are imported from Japan, taking the coal-tar pitch as the binding substance, through state-of-art processes of crushing, milling, screening, batching, mixing, extrusion, bake(4 times), pressurized pitch impregnation(3 times), re-bake, graphitizing and machining and finally become a superior conducting material with high temperature resistance and anti-oxidation properties.
