Product Description
Sources: Rubiaceous vegetable gardenia that can be used as tea.
Functions: Coloring, Carotenoid, Containing vitamin A source, with the efficiency of detoxifying, stepping down, normalizing the secretion and discharging of bile etc...
Characters:
1, Range cream or brown crystal powder
2, Apt to dissolve in water, ethanol and propanediol, but not in cream.
Its aqueous solution is weak acid or neutral its tone is hardly affected by the pH changes of environment. When the pH is 4.0-6.0 or 8.0 -11.0, this pigment is more stable thanβ -carotene, the yellow is bright especially when under partial alkaline condition.
3. Having better heat and light endurance under neutral or alkaline condition, and relatively bad under acidic condition and is incident to change into brown, able to bear metal ion (beside iron ion) better. And iron is incident to make it darken. It is able to bear salt, restoration and animalcule.
4. Superior in coloring up the protein to coloring up the starch, and stable in coloring the two. Sugar being stabilizing to it. Remaining stable under acidic condition after improvement, can be applied in acidic beverage.
Usage: Can be used in the fruit juice, concocted alcoholic drinks, cake color, cake, ice-roll, ice cream, candied fruit, inflated food, jelly, cookie, candy, to color food such as being canned and millet etc.
