Naphthalene Sulfonate Superplasticizer (Zt-1)

Product Description

Zt-1 is non-air-entraining type superplasticizer, the chemical name is β -naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate.

Application
1. Widely used in pre-cast & ready-mixed concrete, armored concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete in key construction projects such as dam and port construction, road building & town planning projects and dwelling erections etc.
2. Suitable for preparation of flowing concrete, early-strength concrete, high-strength concrete, precast vapor-cured concrete, prestressed concrete and its formulations.
3. Compatible with portland cement, normal portland cement, portland slag cement, fly-ash cement and portland pozzolanic cement etc.
4. Used as master batch for preparation of admixtures of different characteristics (such as early strength and water-reducing agent, retarding and water-reducing agent, pumped anti-freezing agent and pumped water-reducing agent, etc. ), to fully meet the requirements of different types of construction, construction technology, and temperature terms.

Properties, features & characteristics
1. Appearance: Light brown powder; Dark brown liquid. Non-poisonous, odorless, non-flammable and non-corrosive to steel bars.
2. Remarkable plasticity. When the agent is admixed at 0.5~1.5%, water reduction rete up to 12-28%, early strength and strength effect extremely show. Statistically, compression strength on the 3rd day, the 7th day and the 28th day is increased by 60- 130%, 40-60% and 20-40% respectively.
3. 15-20% of cement can be reserved when the agent is blended, which is preconditioned by same collapsibility and strength.
4. Improve miscibility of concrete amalgamator with water and collapsibility as well, as the result, compression strength, tensile strength, buckling strength and modulus of elasticity will be improved to some extent.

Recommended blend dosage
Power: 0.5-1.5%; Liquid: 1.5-2.5%
Instructions
1. Powder: As the cementitious materials; Liquid: As the solid content.
2. Post-doping is better, appropriate extension of mixing time in order to facilitate uniform.
3. The liquid should be above 15º C used and stored, to avoid crystallization.

Rackging, transportation and storage
1. For powder: Woven fabric bag with plastic liner. Net weight: 25kg ± 0.13 kg or 50 kg ± 0.25 kg for liquid: Sealed plastic drums to prevent accidental leakage and evaporation. The material can be delivered or transported by tank car.
2. Cautions should be taken to prevent form being torn by sharp-ended objects while packages are being transferred or delivered. When being contaminated by, high humidity or moisturein case of leakage, it can be prepared in prescribed ways for f, urther use without surrendering any effect.
3. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry. It remains effective in one year. After the expiration, date, it can be used again if testing results fall within the established.
