Actions:
1. Can put in microwave oven to warm up directly; Can put in the refrigerator to freeze.
2. To keep warm up to 1 hour/To keep cold over 1 hour.
3. Can repeated use to meet the environmental protection idea.

Application:
1. If the inner dish of microwave oven has stain, please wipe it first. (it maybe destroys the bag)
2. Hot compress-put into microwave oven to heat up.
3. Cold compress-put into refrigerator to freeze.
4. To reheat 30 seconds at the unfreeze condition.

5. If the unit is not enough heat, please put into the microwave oven to reheat 20 seconds again(unfreeze condition); Also watch the state in the microwave oven to be more or less reheat time. (Please turn off right away if the unit become expands to round.)
6. Over 700 W of microwave oven, the heating time shall be shorter.
7. Do not use industrial type microwave oven.
