Main application:

This machine is a large device of making Chinese traditional medicine pills. It is specialized in making pills of 1g~11g, such as watered pill, water-honey bolus, honeyed bolus, condensed pill, water-honey bolus, honeyed bolus, condensed pill and Tibetan medical pill etc., which are also called big honeyed boluses.

As there are more clients producing pure honeyed boluses, it is mainly designed to make those, it is mainly designed to make those big honeyed boluses whose proportion is 1: 0.9-1.3.

Operating Principles:

Its operating principles are similar to series Model 16 and Model 17 making-pill machinery. However, there are some special designs on several parts, e.g. Speed control of strip outlet, rubbing-pill and oil sprinkling etc. As a result, it improves some shortcomings in the production of big honeyed bolus, such as ill deviation of pills, hard-to-control, unsteadiness, over-many operating persons, not round shape etc. Indeed, it is an ideal product to replace the traditional one and it has been used by many clients with a good result.

There are two kinds of choice, manual or PLC control. And their modes and principles are basically same.
