Main Application:
This machine is mainly used for the cap screwing of plastic round bottles on the packaging lines of medicine, foodstuffs and chemical industries etc.

Operating principles:
During the operation bottle caps are put behind the conveyor hopper, and they are delivered through the lifting belt into the entrance of screwing machine. Two pieces of synchronous belts and three sets of screwing wheels (six pieces) implement the screwing function. It is by the aid of mechanical twisting force adjustment that makes the cap-screwing accurate, fitting like a glove.

Colored man-machine touch screen makes operation very convenient. Accessories which touch with bottles and caps are all made of nontoxic wearable rubber and No. 304 stainless steel. Besides, its whole appearance is made of No. 304 stainless steel too. It conforms to the requirements of the GMP standard.
