Main Application:
This machine is mainly applied to the adhesive oil-film process of bolus materials in the pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. Especially, it is fit for the exterior coating-oil procedure of traditional Chinese medical honeyed boluses.

Operating principles:
Oil tank is installed on the machine. There are cam-shaped bumpers installed on the rotor of oil coating machine. And, the oil of oil tank drops into the revolving rotor. After the medicinal pills,which are made out from making-pill machine are sent into the rotor of oil coating machine, they are wrapped with oil film due to the forward rolling of rotor auger. As a result, the surface of pills will equably adhere to a layer of oil film and then they come to the next working procedure successfully.

Structural features:
This machine has a neat and beautiful appearance. Besides its exterior, the places where it touches with materials are all made of stainless steel. It completely meets the requirement of the GMP standard.
