Main Application:
Vacuum loader is specially designed for the from low to high transportation of solid grains, such as packing machine, disintegrator, vibrating sifter, mixer and so on. It is composed of suction hose, hopper, bag filter, reversed blower, vacuum pump and pneumatic three-way valve etc.

operating principles:
Scroll vacuum pump is used to taking out air, which makes the inlet connection of suction hose and the whole system stay in a certain vacuum situation. Along with the outside air, powdery and granulated materials are sucked into the mouth of suction hose. Thus, the airflow conveying of materials are formed, which is first through the suction hose and then reach the hopper. There is the separation of air and materials inside the hopper. Afterwards, the separated materials will enter into the receiving container.
