Main Application:
This machine is mainly applied to foodstuff, pharmaceutical industries etc. It is used for automatic packaging of plastic packing-bag small-batch powder and granules. After the reassembly, it is fit for automatic packaging lines of pharmaceutical industry. It can be accompanied with cap screwing machine, bottle unscrambling machine, labeling machine and sealing machine.

Operating principles:
Automatic measuring-cup packing-bag-granule packing machine is through measuring-cup metering structure, paper-bag installing structure, cam mechanism, sealing-heat mechanism, cut-off mechanism and counting mechanism to complete the courses of measurement, package, sealing, cut-off, transportation etc. And finally finishes the packaging. A roll of wrapping bags is sent to the making-bag device and filling machine through the paper-bag installing mechanism, and then measuring-cup metering device fills materials into the wrapping bags automatically. By the aid of sealing-hot mechanism (cam and sealing-hot unit) plastic bags bond together, and then bag-transmitting mechanism continuously sends the packed plastic bags to the cut-off mechanism so as to cut off complete wrapping bags according to its pre-set length. Afterwards, bags are sent to the next working procedure and finally finish the course of packaging.

This machine features its easy operation and stable performance. The places where it directly touches with packing materials are designed and installed completely according to the GMP certification standard. The whole machine adopts stainless steel and it is beautiful and neat. There is no blind corner and easy to clean.
