Structural features:
It is composed of two parts, the bulk supply hopper and unscrambling bin. Bottles with the same specification will be poured into the bulk supply hopper. By the help of vibrator, these jumbled bottles are distributed into the rotary pre-feeder bowl in the unscrambling bin. The pre-feeder rotates the bottles single-file; Makes the bottles stand upright and onto the next working procedure. It is electric-mechanical integrated equipment. During the operation, touch screen with man-machine interface is used, resulting in easy operation and reliable performance. By utilizing automatic bottle inverting mechanism, the source of gas has no use for bottle blowing. Machine frame and hopper are all made of high quality stainless steel. It has a neat look and accords with the requirements of the GMP standard.
