Main Application:
This machine combines traditional Chinese medicine refining with rubbing-pill functions. It is specialized in making pills of Φ 1. 5-Φ 12mm, such as watered pill, water-honey bolus, honeyed bolus, condensed pill and Tibetan medical pill etc. It is mainly designed for those clients that have small output and work force more variety. It is the fifth-generation product of our company, and it has received national patent certificate.

Operating principles:
First, medicinal powder is well mixed with excipients such as water, honey, decoction or liquid extract etc. Then, in the refining-drug bin on the left side of the equipment these medicinal materials will be refined and compounded into strip materials which are well-proportioned, same soft & hard and better consistency. Afterwards, they will be transmitted into the material bin on the right corner of pillmaking machine, and then they are extruded into slim strips. After medicinal strips are cut into granules, they will be rubbed into pills in high speed.

Structural features:
1. This machine adopts high technologies such as PLC programmable controller and encoder etc. And thus it is highly automatic. AC inverter which is completely imported is adopted for the driving parts. Touch screen can be used for man-machine interaction and its operation is very easy. 2. It is equipped with two sets of screw extruder, one is for drug refining and the other is for pillmaking. It can either be used as an organic whole or be operated solely. It is adaptable to medicines and thus it can meet the production of every kind of medical pills. Besides, it can process drug refining and pillmaking solely. 3. The machine body is frame-based. Besides its exterior, the places where it touches with medicinal materials are all made of the stainless steel and there is no blind corner on the working surface. It has good seal and it can be easily disassembled and cleared up. It accords with the GMP certification standard.
