Established in the Mainland, Tianshui Huayuan Company is wholly owned by Hong Kong CHINANN Group. It is a member of China Association of Pharmacy Equipment (CAPE) as well as of China Association of Medical Equipment Engineering. It is also appointed a member of the trade standard drafting team.

Incorporated in May 2001, the company has Guangzhou Microwave Division, Shenzhen subsidiary, Huayuan Medical Appliance Company, and an office in Beijing at present. The enterprise now possesses 8 national patent licenses with independent intellectual property, all developed independently, and over 20 patents.
