Product Description
Cutting fluids are often used in silicon processing to achieve favorable results. Water is a cooling agent for high speed, high temperature grinding operations. Cutting fluids that promote ductile, also negatively impact the machining process by increasing tool wear, which have no smell and are also of no harm to a human body.
Mainly used in solar energy and semiconductor industries, mixed cutting fluids with abrasive powder or special wire saw micro-powder by certain proportion, stirred well at least 8 hrs, then used in cutting machine circularly.
