Preform Mould
1. PET full automatic hot runner preform mould(valvel gate and non-valvel gate).
2. The moulds are fit for Zhende Injection Machine, Only Injection machine, Datong Injection Machine(Donghua), Haitian Injection Machine, etc.
3. Produce\machining\remould\maintain variety of import PET preform mould: Canada HUSKY, NISSEI ASB, Japan AOKI, Germany SIG, Switzerl and Netstal, Italy SIPA, MHT, Sweden Engel mould.

Bottle Mould
1. Guozhu Mould(water bottle mould and hot filling bottle mould) for Semi-automatic Blowing Machine and Full Automatic Rotary Blowing Machine.
2. Bottle Mould in China: Guozhu, TECH-LONG, Citcron, Jiahong, Xili, etc.
3. Produce variety of import PET Bottle Mould: SIDEL, KRONES, SIG, SIPA, NISSEI ASB.

Molding mode: One-stage and two-stage.
One-stage: Injection, stretching and blowing in one machine, health; In the other hand, preform heated in a short time.

Disadvantage:
1. Bottle wall is thick.
2. The technology is difficult to adjust, and preform weight is high, so the cost of conversion is high.
But there are so many one-stage machines which imported from abroad in 90S, so mould industry has a good market.

Two-stage: Injection, blowing with two machines.

1. The best shaping technology(injection, blowing);
2. The preform can be stored up or transitted to any blowing factories.
3. Produce preform at a low cost.
