Product Description
It is the fastest and most stable model with high-speed automatic injection system than any other domestic PET machines for the time being, the cycle time is less than 12 seconds and the capacity reach to 34800 pcs per hour. The hydraulic oil-free process technology structure provide a safe and clean production environment.
In the injection unit, the design of material melting and injection synchronization greatly cut down the cycle time and ensure a high productivity. Optimum designed screw with low shear decrease the acetaldehyde (AA value) of PET preform to an extremely low level.
In the clamping unit, well-distributed and stable clamping force and low pressure mold protection are provided. The clamping force is going down to zero before opening, and the opening shock can be avoided to ensure the finish of the product.
In the control unit, PLC SIEMENS smart micro-computer control system is adopted with a easy-to-use interface.
The hydraulic unit, the import closed-loop servo valve is adopted to control the following action: Mold opening and closing, ejection and injection. The system pressure is measured, feedbacked and amended instantaneously to ensure the whole system a high stability, a accurate repeatability and a long life.
