With higher purity of crystallization and hardness, when abrasive tools are of it, they are suitable of processing hard and brittle materials such as: Copper, Brass, Aluminum, Magnesium, hard alloy, titanium alloy, bearing steel as well as some non-metallic materials including: Glass, Optical Glass, Agate, Electrical Ceramics, Quartz products, Rock. Green silicon carbide is also used as high-grade refractory materials, electrical heating element and elements for electrical appliances.
