Performance features:
It can deal with all kinds of skeins, such as wool, polyester wool, silk, cotton and blending fabric.
It can finish refining, swelling, dyeing, and softening and all other processes in one time loading of skeins. It is made of high quality stainless steel and is very durable.
It is equipped with direct and indirect heating devices to meet the various technological need of dyeing.
A well-designed circulating pump with a high performance impeller, capable of regulating speed in a wide range, adapting the dyeing and warping of different types of yarns.
The impeller changes directions at set intervals to change the circulating directions of dyeing liquid so as to make that the temperature of liquid is uniform constantly. A regulating plate is mounted at the tank bottom to make the dyeing liquid circulate more evenly and to eliminate vortex, thus having a better efficiency and quality. Stuffing box is equipped with heating, feeding, circulating and cleansing devices to facilitate the mixing of dyeing liquid. The samping devise is safe and convenient.
