Product Description

Performance features:
The dyeing liquid is ejected out through the nozzle at high pressure in a medium quantity, providing a better penetration of the dyestuff of the fabric and enabling a full encircling of the fabric by the liquid. Since the fabric is floating amidst the liquid at a flabby state, fluffing is readily avoided.

The multi-functional swinging tube separates the residual dyeing liquid from the fabric before it reaches the storage trough, and sends the liquid to the tank through an inside feedback system for re-circulation. Thus the circulating rate of the dyeing liquid increases and a uniformity in dyeing is reached. The specific main circulating pump, compared with similar machinery, solves the problem of less water at higher temperature resulting in bad dyeing, prolongs its own working life and makes the whole machine even safer.
