Two-stage recycling and extrusion granulator is consists of one set of conical forced feeding extruder, one set of single-screw extruder, vacuum gas exhausting device, quick screen changer, and pelletizer, etc. The compressor is with bigger volume compressibility. The vacuum extractor between the two extruders of the two-stage recycling and extrusion production line can effectively exhaust the volatile gas. Use the waste materials to directly extrude product. This unit not only can recycle the usual plastic, but also can recycle the foam PS, PE, EVA, etc. The diameter of the screw is according to the material and output.
