Product Description

Features:
1. All glass vacuum tubes are produced by ourselves, with higher heat absorptivity and less heat loss.
2. Intelligent control and automatic operation.
3. Heat-insulating layer adopts imported polyurethane of foaming with high density and high pressure, after cured by production line in constant temperature, the porosity by closed pore is up to 98%, heat loss is much less.
4. Beautiful appearance, attractive design, reasonable price.
5. Multifunction: Water for bathing, washing, cooking and so on.

1. Vacuum tube: Three high vacuum tube, 58-1800, with heat-pipe inside.
2. Outer tank: Dia 470mm, color steel plate, thickness: 0.4~0.5mm.
3. Inner tank: Dia 360mm, SUS 304 2B, thickness: 1.5~2.0mm, with double copper coils inside.
4. Capacity of tank: 100L---500L; Pressure bearing: 0.6 bar.
5. Insulating layer: High density Polyurethane foam, thickness: 50~65mm.
6. Stand: Galvanized plate or stainless steel plate, type DP, thickness: 1.5mm.
7. Heat preservation: 72h - 80h; Hail resistance: 25mm.
8. Low temperature resistance: -40 Degree Centigrade.
9. Fittings: Work station, electric heater, controller, safety valve.

Optional fittings:
1) Magnesium rods: Water filter, make the water cleaner and purer.
2) Reflector: Help improving the heat-absorbing of sunshine, improve the efficiency of vacuum tubes.
