(1) CONSTRUCTION&MATERIAL (all environmentally friendly and quality materials)

1. WOOD FRAME MAKING: Full dried solid wood frame. Undergone anti-worm and humidity control between 12-15%, S shape spring, paper wire, plastic net, webbing, lining, ect.

2. FOAM CUTTING&GLUE ON THE WOOD FRAME: Hight density foam: D40-45 for cushion. D25-D30 for back &arm. UKFR foam (BS 5852) and USA 117 fire retardant foam available. It is the loose poly foam inside the small cushion.

3. LEATHER CUTTING& STITCHING: Good quality leather / PVC as strictly selected and carefully cutting. Very professional and careful stitching to be the sofa cover. Different kinds of leather, genuine or artifical leather, import top grain leather or Chinese leather, and different kinds of color are available.

4. UPHOLSTER: Very important last step, to upholster the leather cover on the wood frame which is already glued with foam and upholster the back or small cushion.

(2) PACKING ( we 100% make sure it is the standard packing for export and can protect the goods well enough):
Before packing:
A. Clean the sofa carefully
B. Cut the extra thread come outside.
C. Check the quality again and again.
D. Prepare and make sure all the legs and small parts and screw pack inside the sofa.

PACKING MATERIAL:
A. First layer: No woven fabric bag
B. Second layer: Multiple poly foam
C. Third layer: Carboard for protecting the edge and corner
D. Fourth layer: Poly woven bag
E. Shipping MARK on each packing.
